Podcast 11: Videojuegos y empresa.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Juan Carlos Mart\u00edn, nuestro Director de Madrid<\/strong>, <strong>ha participado en el podcast \u201cVideojuegos y empresa\u201d de The Good Gamer<\/strong>: un programa creado por la asociaci\u00f3n AEVI (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Videojuegos) para defender el buen uso de los videojuegos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n<p>Este cap\u00edtulo, el und\u00e9cimo de esta temporada, <strong>trata sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de juego y videojuegos al mundo empresarial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como describe Juan Carlos, la <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.wetak.com\/soluciones\/gamificacion\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">gamificaci\u00f3n<\/a> consiste en \u201cllevar al mundo de la formaci\u00f3n elementos, t\u00e9cnicas y metodolog\u00edas propias del juego para hacer las formaciones m\u00e1s atractivas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Si bien todav\u00eda algunas empresas miran con recelo la gamificaci\u00f3n porque \u201cparece que porque est\u00e1s jugando no est\u00e1s aprendiendo\u201d, la clave de los serious games (juegos formativos) est\u00e1 en que \u201c<strong>las soluciones formativas basadas en juegos est\u00e1n centradas en el aprendizaje<\/strong>. Son una forma de medir c\u00f3mo aplican conocimientos adquiridos bien durante el juego o previamente al juego.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAprender jugando es algo intr\u00ednseco al ser humano\u201d<\/strong> y por ello, tenemos que valernos de esa virtud para realizar un aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico y motivacional, que muchas veces, <strong>se interioriza mejor que un aprendizaje m\u00e1s tradicional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre las <strong>ventajas de los serious games<\/strong> que cita Juan Carlos se encuentran:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Son m\u00e1s agradables y m\u00e1s estimulantes.<\/li>\n<li>Pueden generar una competici\u00f3n sana e impulsan la motivaci\u00f3n de logro.<\/li>\n<li>Se perciben de una forma diferente; en algunos casos se sacan del contexto laboral.<\/li>\n<li>La adquisici\u00f3n de conocimiento es mayor.
