But how can the implementation of this new model be evaluated and also involve third parties in that evaluation?<\/span><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>The project<\/b><\/h2><p><\/p><p><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"517\" class=\"wp-image-3985\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_tablet_v01-1-768x517-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_tablet_v01-1-768x517-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_tablet_v01-1-768x517-1-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><p><\/p><p><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking advantage of <\/span><b>ADEGI&#8217;s relationship with the world of rowing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we saw a clear opportunity to create a <\/span><b>common thread<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between <\/span><b>the values of a sport<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> requiring so much effort and those that make up the <\/span><b>\u00abNew Corporate Culture\u00bb.<\/b><\/p><p><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We aimed <\/span><b>to promote the participation of the workers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the final target audience of the solution \u2013 as well as <\/span><b>to increase their identification with the company<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and generate greater awareness.\u00a0 The analogy with the \u00abtraineras\u00bb (traditional rowing boats) generates that common thread and encourages us to achieve the \u00abspin turn\u00bb (or change of direction), the moment of culture change to energetically drive the company towards a common goal: the success of the business project.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the development of the final solution we got on board a trainera in the bay of the port of Pasaia (Gipuzkoa) and with the values at hand we set about representing and recording each of them with the help of the girls and boys of the San Juan rowing team.<\/span><br \/>\u00a0<\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Results<\/b><\/h2><p><\/p><p><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"569\" class=\"wp-image-3986\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_laptop_v01-1-768x569-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_laptop_v01-1-768x569-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_laptop_v01-1-768x569-1-300x222.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><p><\/p><p><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" class=\"wp-image-3987\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_smartphone_v01-768x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_smartphone_v01-768x576-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.wetak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Arraun_smartphone_v01-768x576-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure><\/div><p><\/p><p><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A simple, usable, multi-device solution that has encouraged <\/span><b>people&#8217;s participation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>analysis of results<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for decision-making in the company.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For managerial positions, it is a visual and practical tool that allows them to measure the results in order to analyse and make decisions on time and improve the running of the company.
